What It Is.

  • 6-WEEK CAREER ACCELERATOR TSIBA: Elevate is an international 6-week career accelerator programme. It is designed to prepare 18 to 24 year-olds with practical skills for success in the future job market, bridging the gap between studies and the real world.
  • INTERNSHIP-STYLE LEARNING: The curriculum blends practical skill-building with real-world challenges, combining the best of a University Course and an Internship.
  • CULTURAL EXCHANGE: Our participants are immersed into the culture and people of Cape Town, learning the true meaning of diversity and understanding how to work in a global world.
  • SOCIAL IMPACT: Elevate practices a social enterprise model, in which every 10 international participants help fund 4 full scholarships for deserving young South African students at TSIBA Business School
